Automatically scan for publically accessible webcams around the internet

Usage
The program will output a list of links with the format of ip_address:port
If your terminal supports links, click the link and open it in your browser, otherwise, copy the link and open it in your browser.

Installation
  1. clone&cd into the repo:
    git clone https://github.com/JettChenT/scan-for-webcams;cd scan-for-webcams
  2. install requirements:
    pip install -r requirements.txt
  3. set up shodan:
    1. go to shodan.io, register/log in and grab your API key
    2. Set environ SHODAN_API_KEY as your API key:
      export "SHODAN_API_KEY"="<your api key>"
  4. set up clarifai:
    1. go to clarifai.com, register/log in, create an application and grab your API key
    2. set environ CLARIFAI_API_KEY as your API key
      export "CLARIFAI_API_KEY"="<your api key>"
And then you can run the program!

Systemic Lidocaine Decreased the Perioperative Opioid Analgesic Requirements but Failed to Reduce Discharge Time After Ambulatory Surgery

Perioperative systemic lidocaine significantly reduces opioid requirements in the ambulatory setting without affecting time to discharge. Postoperative pain is the most common reason for delay in discharge and unplanned hospital admission after ambulatory surgery. 1–3 Because postoperative pain is to a large extent an inflammatory phenomenon, administration of systemic local anesthetics, which have inflammatory modulatory properties, 4 could significantly reduce pain and therefore allow more rapid discharge. 5 Lidocaine has an excellent safety record when administered by low-dose infusion. 5–7 However, whereas decreased hospital stay after inpatient surgery has been demonstrated, the effect of intraoperative and early postoperative lidocaine infusion on duration of stay after ambulatory surgery is not known.
