Pelayo, Un Belén Viviente En El Entorno Del Parque Natural Del Estrecho De Gibraltar

Desde hace años los vecinos de esta barriada rural de Algeciras (Cádiz) consiguen que miles de personas acudan hasta allí durante los días previos a la Navidad para visitar la recreación del nacimiento de Jesucristo. Una oportunidad de conocer oficios antiguos, granjas, cultivos, útiles tradicionales, fábricas artesanales, tiendas y puestos de venta, así como repostería del lugar, como el conocido pan de Pelayo.
Una iniciativa popular de los vecinos que cada año intentan sorprender a los visitantes. Así en esta edición ha cambiado de ubicación para situarse en al vivero municipal, dentro de lugar conocido como Huerta Grande. Una zona fuera del casco urbano que se adentra por primera vez en un entorno privilegiado en el que confluyen la zona más meridional del  Parque Natural de Los Alcornocales y la zona norte del Parque Natural del Estrecho. Una encrucijada natural conformada por alcornoques, quejigos, helechos, madroños y laurel, 
          Un escenario natural excepcional que realza aún más esta recreación de los vecinos de este núcleo  rural situado junto a la carretera entre Algeciras y Tarifa.

Systemic Lidocaine Decreased the Perioperative Opioid Analgesic Requirements but Failed to Reduce Discharge Time After Ambulatory Surgery

Perioperative systemic lidocaine significantly reduces opioid requirements in the ambulatory setting without affecting time to discharge.
