(Vídeo) Justin Gaethje Y Kamaru Usman Intercambian Algunos Golpes Al Cuerpo Durante Una Sesión De Sparring

Se espera que el campeón de peso wélter del UFC, Kamaru Usman, enfrente a Gilbert Burns en el UFC 251 del próximo 12 de julio. Como es de esperarse, Usman se toma en serio su pelea con Burns y así se nota en un reciente vídeo compartido por el campeón interino de peso ligero del UFC, Justin Gaethje.

Gaethje publicó en su cuenta oficial de Instagram, un vídeo de 11 segundos de una sesión de sparring que él mismo sostuvo con Usman. Destaca el momento en que ambos se dedican a intercambiar golpes al cuerpo.

Justin Gaethje: "El hierro afila el hierro. ¿Cuánto pagarían por ver esto durante algunos rounds? @usman84kg luce como un asesino. Encantado de tenerlo en la estancia. Solo dos sujetos divirtiéndose".

Systemic Lidocaine Decreased the Perioperative Opioid Analgesic Requirements but Failed to Reduce Discharge Time After Ambulatory Surgery

Perioperative systemic lidocaine significantly reduces opioid requirements in the ambulatory setting without affecting time to discharge. Postoperative pain is the most common reason for delay in discharge and unplanned hospital admission after ambulatory surgery. 1–3 Because postoperative pain is to a large extent an inflammatory phenomenon, administration of systemic local anesthetics, which have inflammatory modulatory properties, 4 could significantly reduce pain and therefore allow more rapid discharge. 5 Lidocaine has an excellent safety record when administered by low-dose infusion. 5–7 However, whereas decreased hospital stay after inpatient surgery has been demonstrated, the effect of intraoperative and early postoperative lidocaine infusion on duration of stay after ambulatory surgery is not known.
